How to cancel a Travel eSIM subscription

You can cancel your Travel eSIM subscription at any time from within the app. Your travel eSIM is a fixed allowance product — once cancelled, your remaining data allowance will no longer be available.

Open the app → Travel → select your subscription → Settings → Cancel subscription.

Refunds and the 14-day cooling-off period

If you cancel within 14 days of purchasing your travel eSIM, you are entitled to a refund under the statutory cooling-off period.

  • No usage recorded — a full refund will be issued.
  • Usage recorded — a partial refund will be issued, pro-rated against the data you have used.

Outside the 14-day cooling-off period, refunds are not issued unless there has been a confirmed technical failure that prevented you from using the service.

To request a refund, contact support through the Get Help or Help option within the app.

What happens to your data when you cancel

Your travel eSIM is a fixed allowance product — it does not renew on a billing cycle. Once you cancel, any remaining data in your allowance will no longer be available. Unused data is not refunded outside of the 14-day cooling-off period scenarios above.
