How will I receive my eSIM?

You will not receive a physical SIM card. Your LATAM travel eSIM is delivered digitally and can be installed on your device within minutes.

After purchase, your eSIM details will be provided through one of the following:

• On-screen after checkout
• In the LATAM app where you purchased your plan
• By email or SMS, with a QR code or installation link

Scan the QR code or tap the installation link, and your eSIM will download directly to your device. Make sure your phone supports eSIM before purchase.
