When does my travel plan expire?

Travel plans expire either when you use all your data or when the plan period ends — whichever comes first.
How to check your expiry date
Open the app → My Plan or Subscription Details → look for Expiry, Valid until, or Plan end date.
What happens when it expires?
Your eSIM stays installed on your device but data stops working. The profile is not deleted. If you purchase a new plan, it may reactivate the same eSIM — check the app for options.
Does the plan expire if I have not used it?
Yes. The plan period starts from the date of purchase or activation (this varies by partner). If you have not used any data but the period has ended, the plan has expired and any remaining data is forfeited.
If you are not travelling yet, check whether your plan starts on purchase or on first use. Some plans allow you to delay activation.
