How do I top up my travel eSIM?

If you have used your data allowance and want to continue, you can add more data without reinstalling your eSIM.

How to top up

Open the app → My Plan or Subscription → look for Top up, Add data, or Buy more data → select the amount and complete the purchase.

Your additional data is usually available within minutes. You do not need to scan a new QR code or change any device settings.

What if no top-up option appears?

Top-ups may not be available on all plans. If the option is not in the app, your plan does not support additional data purchases. You would need to buy a new travel eSIM plan instead.

After purchasing a top-up, data is still not working

Toggle airplane mode off and on to refresh the connection. If data does not resume within a few minutes, restart your device.
