What happens when I run out of data?

When your travel data allowance is used up, mobile data stops. Your eSIM stays installed on your device — only data connectivity is paused.
Wi-Fi is not affected. If you have Wi-Fi available, you can continue using the internet normally.
Can I get more data?
Yes — check the app for a Top up or Add data option. Purchasing a top-up adds more data to your existing eSIM. You do not need to reinstall anything.
Does my plan automatically renew?
No. Travel plans do not renew automatically. When your data or plan period runs out, your eSIM simply goes offline until you purchase more.
Will I be charged automatically for extra data?
No. You will not be billed for data beyond your allowance unless you actively purchase a top-up.
What if I buy a top-up but data still does not work?
Toggle airplane mode off and on after purchasing. If data still does not resume, restart your device. If the issue persists, contact support through the app.
