How do I check my data usage?

In the app

Open the app → My Plan or Subscription Details → Data usage. This shows how much data you have used and how much remains.

On your device

Your device also tracks data usage per SIM, but the figures may differ slightly from the app depending on when they were last synced.

iPhone: Settings → Cellular → scroll to your travel eSIM → see data used for the current period

Android: Settings → Network & internet → Data usage → select your travel eSIM

The in-app balance is the most accurate. Device-level counters can be reset or may not reflect real-time usage.

Low data alerts

Most plans send a notification when you are approaching your data limit. Make sure notifications are enabled for the app so you receive these in time to top up.
